Had no complaints whatsoever and we would love to come back. It had a marvellous setting short walk to the Harbour, shops and restaurants and St Andrews. Not to mention proximity to East Sands, that was 15 minutes walk away;)))

I had the pleasure of staying in this charming apartment with its lovely sitting area and cozy furnishings. The safety features like the carbon monoxide detector really added to the excitement of my stay.
Oh, and of course, I just loved having to hold onto the faulty tap and plug in order to enjoy brushing my teeth and using the kitchen. Very convenient indeed.

Great location, right in the heart of the city. Close to shops, restaurants, and attractions. Well-equipped apartment with everything we needed for our stay. Nice touch with the supply of tea, coffee, milk, and sugar.
Minor issues with the apartment, such as difficulty shutting the velux blind and a shower that wasn't smooth running. Some signs of wear and tear, like stained and worn carpets and a faulty tap in the kitchen.

I had the pleasure of staying in a student flat with stained carpets, sticky utensils, and a collapsed bed. Oh, and let's not forget the lovely water damage. A truly charming experience.
Who doesn't love a bit of rising damp in their holiday rental? The perfect excuse to break out the dehumidifier or open some windows.

Great location: The apartment is situated in a fabulous town, making it an ideal base for exploring the area. Clean and well-equipped kitchen: The apartment had everything we needed in the kitchen, and it was nice to have a supply of tea, coffee, milk, and sugar provided.
Stains on the carpet in the main bedroom: Although the apartment was generally clean, the stains on the carpet in the main bedroom were a bit off-putting and could be improved. Difficulty finding parking: While technically parking is available on the street, it was often difficult to find a space due to the busy road.

The location of the apartment was fantastic - just a short walk to town, the beach, and the bus station. It was very convenient for us to explore the area and visit the nearby Leuchars station and Dundee. the apartment had everything we needed for a cozy and comfortable stay. It was clean and nicely furnished, which made us feel at home.
While we enjoyed our stay overall, there were a few minor issues. The apartment seemed a bit tired and more like a student flat than a holiday let.
